Steps:

Download the file "MapsManager.bat"[drive.google.com]
This file must be in one directory with desired level for loading ("Builder.sav")
Start the file (If have problems, start this file as "Run as administrator")
Choose option 1 to load desired map
Choose option 2 to restore archived map
Start the game and play
