[PORT] VTOL

Description
Credits go to the developers of CoD Advanced Warfare for making the model, the folks over at p3dm.ru for ripping the model and me for porting it to Source and making a collision model.

This is a VTOL (Vertical Take-off and Landing) prop, with a collision mapped interior and a few sparse bodygroups for you to do with as you please.
