It increases torch from skills that already provide torch, e.g. Vestal's Dazzling Light, think of it like hp_heal_percent but with torch instead of heal

I tried to use torch_increase_percent but it doesn't seem to work. I managed to get a tooltip for it but the effect just doesn't happen. I tried to add it at a trinket (it should increase torchlight each time a certain skill is used, if equipped). The other effects of the trinket work normally. I think it has to do with the parameters of the effect, if it is there it must be active, you just have to find the right way.

Could I suggest adding a note next to the ActorDot Update Duration Types describing the update triggers? You'd think it'd be obvious but I spent a few hours digging around to understand how after_turn_friendly functions before I found the Exile mod class and realized it's saying "after a turn where a friendly action is used" and is converse to after_turn_attack.

another mod might be overriding the camp skills file, or if you are editing base game files instead of creating a proper mod then it's dlc overriding the file

I cannot modify the camping skills at all, even something as basic as changing the stress heal value of encourage from 15 to 20 has absolutely no effect in-game. I've saved the file and have reloaded the game several times but there hasn't been any change to the camping skill. Do you know what could be causing this?

It looks like daze doesn't do anything outside of the Butcher's circus, with the not-so-minor exception of occasionally softlocking the game in between turns. You can get the same effect by debuffing a monster's speed and then queuing effects that add and then remove an action from them, which rerolls their initiative for the round.

So what I heard that enemies with stress inflicted to party debuff doesn't work on them when they do less stress.
