Report a translation problem
If you want to 100% make sure a mod is unloaded, just disable it then restart the game. If for some reason that doesn't work, unsubscribe from the mod and then restart Steam. If for some reason *that* doesn't work, you should be able to manually go into the workshop files on your computer (ProgramFiles (x86) -> Steam -> SteamApps -> Workshop -> Content -> 289070 ) and delete the folder with my mod (after you've unsubscribed, so it doesn't redownload)
