Diesel entered the WWF in 1993 as the bodyguard of Shawn Michaels and made an immediate impact as he assisted Michaels in winning back his IC title from Marty Jannetty. Diesel would watch Michaels back and assist him in matches while aslo competing in sigles competition and tag maches. Almost a year later Michaels would return the favor as he would assist Diesel in winning the IC title from Razor Ramon. Diesel would also hold the world tag team titles with Michaels. The partnership would end at Survivor Series in 1994 as Michaels would accidently super kick Diesel causing Diesel to turn good. Breaking free from Michaels Diesel's singles career was about to take off ..
