Global Morale

Beskrivning
The Heroic Epic now applies the Morale promotion to all units, regardless of where they are built or if they already existed before building it.

Basically, Heroic Epic now works like Statue of Zeus and just gives everyone the bonus.

I love this mod. I couldn't shake the habit of building all my military units in the capital for that morale bonus but now I don't have to worry about that thanks to this mod. Thanks!

Super great mod that lets me pump out units without second guessing whether or not to build barracks in all my cities right away.
