Steps

Use the program "Tiled Map Editor" (July 25, 2017) by Thorbjørn Lindeijer[www.mapeditor.org]
Download it[drive.google.com]
Unzip it anywhere
Start the file "tiled.exe"
Click "File"->"Open"->and open the file "Celestial Creator - Tiled Map.tmx", placed in the directory where you unzipped all files
Edit and modify the map by your vision
Click "File"->"Save"
Click "File"->"Quit"
Open your favorite text editor, then open the file "Celestial Creator - Tiled Map.tmx"
Copy all text in "<data>" tag (all text between line 7 and line before "</data>" including)
In your favorite text editor, open "SkyIsland-001-Data.ini" demonstration file, placed in "C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\Celestial Creator\MyProject6\" directory
Delete all content (CTRL+A, then DEL)
Paste the new content (CTRL+V)
Replace All "," with " " (one empty space)
Be sure that the last line is not empty (delete it if it is)
Save and close the demonstration file ("SkyIsland-001-Data.ini")
Delete (if exist) the files "Builder.sav" and "Player.sav", placed in "C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\MyProject6\Saved\SaveGames\" directory
Start the game and play
