If I had the time, I would actually like to have another attempt at Houston, because it really is a great example of the classic American downtown. This time, I would probably create it as a map, rather than a saved game.
Yes you can make unique buildings if you are a modder. You can also adjust existing buildings, using the Procedural Objects Mod. Thanks for the comments about the map. So did the map load up for you and work fine? Some people have had issues and others have not. It's difficult to know what the specific issue is?
