Hello and welcome to my UK Flats collection. This is an ongoing project so be sure to check back for new buildings on a regular basis :)

These assets has been made with many mods in mind as when you place it in game you will notice they are not decorated. All the relevant mods are listed below, if you prefer me to add them to the collection then let me know in the comments.

You can find these Building either under the level 2 Unique Building, or under high residential for the RICO mod. Also remember you can add this to any category you like with the RICO mod.

• 1,200 - 4,700 Tris
  
• 2048 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  
• Custom LOD (All less than 300 tris)
