@Boris the Spider - The author of the thread in question was called Toshino, and he ended up pulling his work from the forums after some kind of argument back then. I had to contact him via deviantArt asking politely for the textures, just couldn't remember if these were his.

http://toshinho.deviantart.com is his profile, if you make an account you can contact him privately, he still seems to be active. Don't know him beyond a brief correspondence half a decade ago, but this is definitely your best bet :)

Hey Boris, sorry to say this was years ago and I've long since uninstalled Mass Effect.

I found those textures on a thread on the Bioware social forums, but those seemed to have undergone some kind of significant change since, and none of my old bookmarks work there any more.

The custom hair and facial complexion textures for use with Texmod I got from the bioware social forums, though I'm afraid I can't remember the exact names or have the URLs written down anywhere. If you google for ME3 HR Textures or custom hair textures or whatever you should be on the right track.
