All you have to do is edit the player level ramp override to fix it. But I have run this with over 10k engram points available before without issue

That's usually due to folks not picking up and putting back down or rebuilding some crafting stations. Or dying to reset engrams after installing mod. Or simply just relearning the engrams that got reset.

Works with stacks mods? many mods with auto engrams don't work well with them. Some items cannot be crafted even though they are learned.

There is a pinned thread that has some ini options

But for the most part, this hasn't been updated since summer of 2020. Few engrams have been added, yes. There is still enough unlocked to not really be an issue though. Still being used on my servers.
