Welcome to my third mini-guide. In this document I'll show you how to unlock the Insect's' Bane achievement really really fast.

I loved this game, but due to losing my complete first save, I was forced to replay the entire game plus the arena, and the kill count was reset.

Considering that killing bugs takes time, I wanted to speed up the process. Usually on a normal Epistory playthrough, you will kill approx. 1500-2000 enemies (it also depends on how many times you die in the game), leaving you to do the rest in the arena mode.

• Auto Key Clicker software, you can download it here from Sourceforge.[sourceforge.net]

The workshop item is an additional keyboard and dictionary for the game, where all words are replaced with the letter A.

The Auto Key Clicker is a little program to virtually press a keyboard key repeatedly.

Once you've downloaded everything, launch Epistory and go to Options -> Gameplay.
I suggest to launch Epistory in windowed mode, in order to access the Autoclicker program easily.

Set up everything according to the screen below and confirm the options:

Click on the thumbnail to enlarge it.

Return to your desktop, unzip the AutoKey Clicker archive (it's a portable one, you don't have to install anything on Windows) and launch the program.

Please be sure to run the program with administrative privileges. To do it, just right click on the executable and select "Run As Administrator". (Thanks to Maxiz! for reporting the issue in the comments below).

Set up everything accordingly:


Be sure to:

• Write the correct values on both the textboxes (Interval and Key Pressed).
  
• Press the "Set Interval" and "Set Key" buttons.

NOTE: for the moment just set up the software, do NOT click on Start or close the program!

Return to Epistory, and launch the Arena mode. For best results choose the Forest Arena, because you do not have to change elements during the game.

When the game is loaded, return to the desktop (the game will stop) and then click on the Start button on the AutoKey Clicker.

Just return to the game and everything should go automatically.
Please note that you cannot do anything while the game is running, otherwise it will freeze until you've raised the game window.
Leave it running for one hour and a half (don't worry, everything will be so fast that the player's not gonna die) and then close the AutoKey Clicker program.

That's it! The achivement should popup when the player dies, reached by one of the monsters.

If you've followed the instructions correctly, the achievement will be unlocked.

You can delete the AutoKey Clicker program and enjoy.
