@RaeNut : Check out the "Modding" section on Cities Skylines Wiki first.
You could also extract some mod assets with ModTools mod to see how they are done.

@Nee__ : I was actually pondering to either build this or a Mk1 Golf. Maybe some day :>

@VITHERENEGADE : Sure you can convert it if you want, but it might look crap in GTA because it's not really made with that amount of detail :>
