Description
AGENA / EK-540B 'Kingfisher' Torpedo Bomber:

Developed by EK United Aerospace and AGENA Flight Systems inc, the EK-540B is a mid-weight torpedo bomber with a long operating range and basic air-to-air capability. Specially designed to thwart torpedo nets, noisemakers, and other countermeasure systems; the EK-540B can cause considerable damage to an otherwise protected ship. In addition to it's torpedo payload, it is also armed with 8 air-to-air interceptors and even features a moderate shielding system.
