Mod fixed, please redownload if you downloaded it before august 30th

This is part of a bigger revamp mod that is on the works (documentation pending but I feel lazy, so it might take some more weeks)

Since the buildings were pretty much modular and didn't require other elements of the mod I decided to release it as a standalone.

All buildings consume 1 strategic resource to provide the empire-wide bonus, unless otherwise stated. They all cost 720 minerals and take 360 days to build.

Refer to the documentation image for details.

Some assets recylced from the tycoon mod. The original mod gave free license.

This mod should be compatible with all mods, it doesn't modify any vanilla files.
