The alpha test mobile (Android) verison was once available as a donation gift. It of course requires a powerful phone (3GB RAM recommended) to run.
However, the development of mobile version is stalled for now since my phone is now using a silly ROM (MIUI) and it no longer support live wallpaper feature from system level so I can't debug anymore. Besides, I got nervous and depressed these days, and I don't know when I can finish and release next update for PC, so I have paused to accept donations. I hope someday things will get better and I could return and pick these things up.
The mobile version was similar to the PC version, with a little mobile features such as reminding you for SMS (in Japanese of course) or battery status etc.
