Fix: Snow for Custom Maps

This mod is a work around for snow not being an option for custom maps.
This mod is NOT required to play on these maps and is only used to add the snow effect.

Once in game make sure your season is set to winter choose Day or Night with Rain.

Map makers: For this workaround to work you need to use ROME_DESTRUCT as the climate/continent type.
