Some information about what this mod actually do would be nice :)
Is there more or less resoruces, is it more or less citizens, and what is it with the camera distance? Does it make the game more difficult or easier? Please provide such information so I know what a mod actually do.

Yeah This doesn't work anymore.
I can't find a working mod that changes the start conditions properly.
Anyone?

Maybe other mods are interfering? Try to run this one without other mods to see if the problem still exists.
