Tiny Circular Park

Just a cheap, small and circular (4x4 tiles, or 2u radius) for the only small roundabout in my city.

It used up almost 100% of the 2u radius so if the roundabout is just 3u in radius using a 2-lane road, the zonable area will be not enough to fit it in. Would need Anarchy mods and Move-It to adjust preciesly for that case. (Or maybe I should reduce the radius of the actual park for a tiny bit...)
