Few people in wrestling history were as adept at the art of the mind game as Jake Roberts was. Feared equally for his deadly DDT finisher and for the snakes he would carry with him to the ring, Roberts delighted in finding an opponent's mental weak point and breaking it. His feuds with Ricky Steamboat, Rick Rude and Randy Savage were some of the most intense of the era.
