Description
Adds the channel islands into the game.

For some reason these were removed from HOI3 and are nonexistant in HOI4 so I decided to add them back.

I think there's a new map mod out that adds these islands along with fixing all the other errors in the current hoi4 map such as Great Britain being way too far from France, islands being way to big, etc
