Awesome Features
  • Adds a total of 28 new ammo types!
  • Every gun has at least one special Awesome Ammo! (look below for further details)
  • Real projectiles with a real falloff and custom impacts!

  • Custom resources and crafting/refining benches and complex crafting pathes!

  • A NUCLEAR ammo type and along with radioactivity!

Simple Pistol
  • AP Simple Pistol Ammo
    One of the fastest ammo types. Can knock back dinos.

  • Signal Simple Pistol Ammo
    It's like the flare, but yes, it's an ammo! Isn't this awesome?
Fabricated Pistol
  • AP Fabricated Pistol Ammo
    One of the fastest ammo types. Can knock back dinos.

  • HE Fabricated Pistol Ammo
    An explosive type of ammo.

  • Incendiary Fabricated Pistol Ammo
    Let it burn

  • Tranq Fabricated Pistol Ammo
    A very effective tranq ammo type
Longneck Rifle
  • AP Longneck Ammo
    One of the fastest ammo types. Can knock back dinos.

  • Signal Longneck Ammo
    It's like the flare, but yes, it's an ammo! Isn't this awesome?

  • Tranq Longneck Ammo
    A very effective tranq ammo type
Shotgun + Pump-Action Shotgun
  • Cluster HE Shotgun Ammo
    An explosive type of ammo splitting after a short delay with great damage, but high falloff.

    An explosive type of ammo with a great damage but high falloff.

  • Sticky-Bomb Ammo
    An ammo which sticks to a target and detonates after a short delay.
Machined Sniper
  • AP Machined Sniper Ammo
    One of the fastest ammo types. Can knock back dinos.

  • Nuclear Machined Sniper Ammo

Assault Rifle
  • AP Assault Rifle Ammo
    One of the fastest ammo types. Can knock back dinos.

  • HE Assault Rifle Ammo
    An explosive type of ammo with a great distance and shoot frequency

  • Heal Assault Rifle Ammo
    An ammo type, which can heal for a short period of time. It can even heal untamed creatures...

  • Incendiary Assault Rifle Ammo
    Let it burn

  • Tranq Assault Rifle Ammo
    A very effective tranq ammo type
Rocket Launcher
  • Cluster Rocket Homing Missiles
    This missle is clustering and then homing to a target
Gas Flamethrower (Custom)
  • Gas Flamethrower Ammo
    Can knock out creatures with narcotic gas

Please note: You can remove the awesome ammo with the "Awesome Ammo Remover" learnable at level 0 and needs 1 thatch to craft. Drag that onto your weapon to remove awesome ammo from the weapon. After that you can remove the "Awesome Ammo Remover" by rightclicking your weapon and select remove attachment. Even if the "AP" ammo exists for multiple guns, it has different effects on every gun! So every ammo type is unique and feels "different" while shooting.

Awesome Structures
  • Awesome Ammo Crafting Bench (needs gasoline as fuel)
  • Awesome Forge (needs gasoline as fuel)
  • Awesome Mortar (needs gasoline as fuel)
  • Artifact Crusher (needs gasoline as fuel)
    Please Note: Crafting will be aborted if you leave a certain area around the crusher AND you will loose every crafting resource instantly...
    You can toggle this area to be visible via the radial menu (hold "e" while looking at the crusher)...
    Also radioactivity is present while crafting, so be prepared!

Awesome Configuration Options

You can fully customize all ammo types in the GameUserSettings.ini of the server!
Please note that the damage only updates after you fired ONE projectile after changing the ini.

F.A.Q
  • How to remove the ammo?
    You can remove the awesome ammo with the "Awesome Ammo Remover" learnable at level 0 and needs 1 thatch to craft. Drag that onto your weapon to remove awesome ammo from the weapon. After that you can remove the "Awesome Ammo Remover" by rightclicking your weapon and select remove attachment.

No, it's from this mod. I think it's from an update made somewhen in 2021 but the codes just never got uploaded here.. I figured out the busting shotgun ammo after trying some different code combinations (BustingFireShotgun) but i can't figure out the Shrapnel code.. I've been trying a lot of combinations. It's kinda sad because we love to play with the mod but atm we can't use all the ammo cause it's locked to the default ressources which we dont play with on my server..

Honestly, if it's not in the discussions page, (right here , then I'm unsure of where you could look. I only see HE and Cluster. Aren't those from one of the AC mods?

Sorry I kinda stopped playing ark with all of the ASA stuff going on.

Welph, If I remember correctly, 1 artifact = 3 splinters.

SiteChaos you get them in that table. I think it's the C.A.A Science Workstation.
