Make Peace, Not War - Black Ice Compatibility Version

Description
GENERAL INFO

This version of "Make Peace, Not War" is for the Black ICE Mod MkII. You don't need the original version of "MPNW" and this version will get updated sporadically to receive all changes of the main mod.

What's different with this version? I had to remove the government and civil war stuff and adapted the laws. Nothing else.

Please report all bugs you find to the main workshop item (Make Peace, Not War), so they're all in one place!

Now have fun!

Mod seems to be broken ):

If I propose peace I get the event myself that appearently the enemy faction leader proposes peace despite that I proposed peace and if I want to accept.

So far they never not accepted..Allies accepted peace in 1942 when I had all of Europe but Britain and its puppets + the US had alot of a chance while I was in war with Russia as well where I only captured Sevastopol and Leningrad yet they accepted..

@Meridio - It works on my end. Disable all mods, clear the game cache and test again. Maybe even reinstall BlackICE and Make Peace.

Black Ice crashes when uploading. Are you sure is compatible with lastest version?
