Make Peace, Not War - MD Compatiblity Version

Description
GENERAL INFO

This version of "Make Peace, Not War" is for Millenium Dawn. You don't need the original version of "MPNW" and this version will get updated sporadically to receive the changes of the main mod.

What's different with this version? I had to remove the government and civil war stuff, as Millenium Dawn's ideologies lead to issues in general. However, nothing else was changed!

Please report all bugs you find to the main workshop item (Make Peace, Not War), so they're all in one place!

So this is Funny, playing Soviet Russia in 2009 with European Federation as enemy. When I try the white peace decision, every member of EF turns into Scandinavia. Like 20 Scandinavias... Just fyi

@PoliticalCommissar; There won't be any compatible versions in the future anymore as I will modify the normal version of Make Peace to be compatible with MD and Black ICE.

@moneymakernj; I can't replicate the issue unfortunately.

im trying to make peace with yugoslavia as italy but it says i have to have been ay war with them for 80 days. Thing is its been 3 years
