The Figgis Fiddis Experience does NOT take kindly of Swimmer Haters. The game allows you to be a Cybernetic Dolphin/Human soldier, why wouldn't anyone want to take that kind of opporturnity?

I was wondering about the stat when I first started the game. I figured it must be important somewhere in the game, but skipped it, opting for hacking and health boosts
