Step #2
Once you have clicked, "audio" on the main menu, you will be taken to this page:

Click on the, "load" button in the top right.
Step #3
After clicking, "load", this menu will appear:

(Navigate to the directory
of the music you
wish to load via
the side buttons on
the menu.)

Once in the desired directory, click on the music file. (It will be highlighted blue if selected.)

If the music file is highlighted blue, simply click the, "+" button in the bottom corner of the menu.
Step #4
That's about it! If done correctly, the title of your music should appear as one of the options in the list on the right hand side.

Make sure your music file is, "" or else it will not play.

You can remove music tracks by selecting the title you wish to delete; (Selected track titles will be highlighted yellow.) and clicking the, "delete" button in the top right.

Have fun, and God bless.
Troubleshooting
If you are encountering problems adding, or deleting tracking, the following should be of help.

Only music files in, .MP3 or, .WAV format will be accepted.

Track names cannot contain, "special characters" or, dashes and underscores. Track names must be comprised of English letters only. The program will not understand other encodings.

It may become impossible to remove a music track if the original file's directory is changed, or the track's name is altered.

To fix this, navigate to Tactics 2: War's Steam directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tactics 2 war

Once you have reached this directory, check if the music track you wish to delete is in the folder, "myMusic" if it is, delete it. Then navigate back to Tactics 2: War's Steam directory, and delete the file named, "playList.bin". (If your music track cannot be found in the "myMusic" folder, don't worry, simply delete the "playList.bin" file and the problem should be fixed.)

If for what ever reason you cannot add music tracks, or do not want to add music tracks via the in-game method, follow these steps: Navigate to Tactics 2: War's Steam directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tactics 2 war

Drag, or, copy your music files into the "myMusic" folder, then delete the "playList.bin" file. (Make sure your track name(s) is in-line with the statement above.)
Special Thanks
I would just like to say thank you to captMcKay (Dev) for further explaining the loading in of custom music; giving me the knowhow to write this guide.

As well as tusler, for bringing this subject to the forefront.

There are 2 ways.
The first way:
-press the "LOAD" button in the "Audio" menu.
-find a file in your computer
-press the "+" button.
The second way:
- delete the file playList.bin from the game folder.
(the game itself will find the files after launch)
