I've dealt with this lately.

Take the offending sections out, then try to connect the top one first.

They seemed to snap more correctly to the rounded ceiling tiles.

Thank you for your advice. Not sure if the new patch is allready released, but at the time of the screenshot, this wasn't able to be fixed. I contacted the dev of the mod and he acknowloedged this may be a problem caused by him through an accident in the last patch, and he will fix it with the upcoming one.

You have more than one snap point for the round walls. You've selected the wrong ones.

It can take some finagling to get it right.
