"The galactic blocks released during this build. I tested them for use as the primary blocks. I love them as accents, but seeing walls & floors full of galactic blocks really turned me off. I wanted something whitish, and something that looked like panels. Limestone was too seamless. (Salt is also seamless, but is still used for the central tower. I didn't want the panel look there, and I wanted something that really responded to light color, which salt does. It's great in a sunset.) The bedrock walls were perfect. So the majority of my station is comprised of white bedrock "panels". Main inspiration from Star Wars, when the small crew in the Millennium Falcon rode out the Death Star search under floor panels. My station needed panels everywhere."
