In this video:
Shuttles can't start and Labs are created in a damaged state. Also, no Oxygen!

Nota Bene:
The two bugs that I mentioned in the video were filed in their Bug Report section and answered just minutes after I filed them. The tooltip for the Shuttle Dock will be updated to reflect the actual 14 day period that shuttles arrive at the station.
Regarding the lack of oxygen refilling, that's actually working as intended, but apparently the tooltip is wrong in that regard, too. Space Shuttles do NOT refill oxygen in this game!
