@Seth : it is done, link in the description. Not that both mods don't extend line of sight so you don't formally make contact nor see the owners.

I also made a small test:

One turn with fog of war on: 17 seconds

One turn without fog of war and map totally uncovered: 23 seconds

I've modified the mod to be permanent. This can create overwhelming activity during the turns, however.
Tell me if you want a "player turn only" version.

Great mod, I really like the idea of a permanent version too. Once you configure how you want each factions Lords and Heroes to move (great new feature actually, thanks CA!) then the idea of starting a new campaign and getting to watch how each opponent reacts with each other seems awesome!
