You're an AMD user and don't like the forced NVidia PhysX installation?

Open the file 17410_install.vdf from your game directory in a text editor and remove the following lines (130-136):
"PhysX Version" { "HasRunKey" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\AGEIA Technologies" "process 1" "%INSTALLDIR%\\PhysX\\PhysX_SystemSoftware.exe" "NoCleanUp" "1" "MinimumHasRunValue" "81017" }

Now it doesn't want to install PhysX anymore if it's missing.
