Ethic, government and civic patch 1.8

I hope there's going to be an update in the near future. I've been seeing some problems with the way my empire runs (it doesn't consider me a proper warrior culture anymore) and I think this probably has something to do with it. I absolutely love the mod, so hopefully I can use it properly again soon.

Hey Knives, having trouble getting this to work with the plentiful traditions mod. There was a release it looks like for 1.6 that was a compatibility patch but never an update. I am trying to mod the files but with my limited experience I am rather lost in the process. If you would be willing to direct my work I'd like to put something together for the community and submit it moving forward. Let me know if you are interested.
