at least for me, some mods I recently subscribed to didn't appear if I used the "No launcher" option. If the problem's not that, then I don't know what it could be.

hmm... do you start the game with or without the launcher? It seems that when subscribing to a new mod, you need to run the launcher at least once before the mod starts to work

did you check the wings category? This used to be in spoilers but it's more of a wing so I moved it there

Hey, just lettin' ya know ol' chum, this doesn't show up anymore even after subscription. Unless it's for the main branch and not the beta.

You can make this wing so large it clips out of the car creation map..
Valve pls fix.
