Crafting Random Legendary/Epic items(Ashes of Malmouth)

Location and contents of Celestial Smith at Ashes of Malmouth proving Random Potential Legendary weapons or armor up to level 94.
Location and contents of Burning smith at AoM proving possibility to exhange materials w/ each other for Celestial Smith.
So far smith has seen only in Elite and Ultimate difficulties.
Characters not eligable for Legendaries will get Epic items instead.

Tomb of Herald Mathis in which is located the smith

Clear dungeon and go to marked location at which is Destructibe stone wall which unlocks road to the smith

All items have potential to be Legendary

According to MapHacks - Crafted Weapons, Armor and Accessories are imbued with one of the following properties:

Increases Health Regeneration by 5-11%
+4-12 Defensive Ability
+4-12 Offensive Ability

Armor and Melee weapon requiriments

Caster weapon and Ranged weapon requiriments

Burning Smith Location

Smith Content

Smith recipes
According to MapHacks - Crafted Weapons, Armor and Accessories are imbued with one of the following properties:

+2-4% Poison/Acid Resist
+2-6% Energy Regeneration
+1-3% Critical Damage

Where to obtain materials?

Materials for smithing are obtained as reward from certain quests and drop from certain monsters or exhanged via Burning smith mentioned above.

Seems so, i have crafted only items to test it, still farming legendaries/epics on Crucible or running to boss in dungeons.

You could point out that items required can be obtained by slaying DLC bosses and completing certain quests (discovered two of them so far).
