This is an experimental work, and there are many flaws.
Assassin's Creed：Rogue Opening animation.

After Subscribing this MOD， please check the "workshop" file. Unpack it with "gcfscape", and rename it as "l4d2_background01.bik".
There are five files called "l4d2_background01" to "l4d2_background05" you need to replace in the following position.
"D:\steam KU\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
"
[TIPS] Do some backup before you replacing these files.

改名需要把同一文件复制成五份，重命名为"l4d2_background01" 到 "l4d2_background05"替换全部五个文件，这样才能保证进游戏一定是这个动画。(l4d2_background[01\02\03\04\05])

大概是说你订阅了以后没有效果，你还需要把这个创意工坊mod用gcfscape解压，重命名为l4d2_background01.bik，然后放在"（你安装steam的盘符）:\steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media"进行替换。

在最后告诉你，你可能需要做个备份什么的
