Most of my actual memories are slightly later, mid-late 80s (graduated high school in 86). But 83-84 has some incredible matches and angles I've had the privilege of watching on tape. Everything from ICW and CWA burying the hatchet to bring Randy Savage to the mainstream, to the Freebirds/Von Erich feud, to the Flair/Race at the first Starrcade.... just amazing stuff.

That was an awesome year of wrestling, AWA, Memphis and Mid South were all hot and Dallas was just about to boom as well.

Is this the guy who played 666 in Central States circa 1983? Ttrying to work out who that is. Cagematch.net listed it as Mike Starr who was credited as one of the Medics, and the guy looks prettyold (he's in against Buck Robley in the footage I have). But I don't know enough about the Medics beyond the name, to know if it's the same guy.

What fed to the Medics belong in?
