My favorite way is farming online conquests. Once you get up there in rank, players will have their fortresses stocked with legendaries only. Of course, as you climb the ladder the top ranks will be dominated entirely by hacked orcs with no weaknesses which you have to cheese heavily to kill.

Environmental hazards do work. I have a Legendary poisoned dude that has returned TWICE, and has travelled to different areas around the map. He kinda hated me

The rivals have a higher chance of cheating death, that's how much they hate you

make sure to turn off saviors also, because they can one shot the orc you want to kill you.

@FFUD NEDAK actually, not true. I had a troll come back to attack me 4 or 5 times, and get this. His head was sewn back on, and he had the title "The Stitch"

That would be be way to expensive for it to be worth

you could also use coins to buy a legendary upgrade for your bois, then level them up to your level, then attack them until they betray you, and kill them for the easily repeatable/farmable legendary
