Description

Adds a per-turn influence-gain effect to the High Elf aristocracy and embassy buildings. The local nobility should start pulling their weight... a little... they shouldn't strain themselves.

Tier 2 - +1 influence/turn
Tier 4 - +2
Tier 3 Embassy - +1
Court of the Everqueen - +2
Court of the Phoenix King - +3

@MF Shro0m this was definately working properly before the Warden and the Paunch DLC and update.

There might be a problem though with the Embassy as the new update has the embassy giving +2 influence.

@SorcererSupreme You should prob credit Sunday_Assassin in your mod! Just say like "thank you to SunAss check out his expanded mod here (link)" or "This is a less powerful version of SunAss mod which you can find here (link)". Real easy and i'm sure it would be appreciated
