Tape 1: Right next to the flashlight, you'll get the tape player with the first tape.


Tape 2: After getting inside the house with no power, in the living room to your right.

Tape 3: While running away from the cultists, you'll encounter an area with tall stones and a circular stone in the middle, the tape is on the center stone.

Tape 4: After the cutscene with Fin, you'll have to escape. During this section you'll have to walk on some logs. After dropping down, the tape is next to a lantern.


Fire
Find fin in the forest.

Cross the pulley bridge.
Story related and can't be missed

Tape 5: While running from the cultists with Megan, you'll find a small wooden bridge, the tape is clearly visible inside.

Tape 6: While walking with your sister, you'll come across a crate, the last tape is located on top of this crate, granting you the achievement!


Earth
Listen to all of Grandpa's Tapes.


I'm not exactly sure if this is missable, but when you hear Megan crying for help quickly run to her, you can hear her shouting for help when you reach this door: (that's her talking on the subtitle)


Water
Help Megan in the tunnels.


Spirit
Complete the game.
