You need to complete ALL the quests available in Russia in order to reach the Major rank, you'll first be enlisted as an Ensign, after some quests you'll be promoted to Lieutenant and finally, after completing all the quests you'll finally become a Major and have the last achievement. Case you were already a Lieutenant (for example) you'll unlock the 3 achievements when you reach Major rank. In order to rank up, you need to speak to the Liberator's Captain, Captain Sydney to get your promotions. Remember that you have to talk to the NPCs to Turn In the quests, therefore receiving your XP/Reputation rewards!

If you can't start a quest, maybe you have to talk to Captain Syndey, or complete a previous quest to unlock more. If the NPC doesn't give you the quest on the guide, skip it and go back to it later!

Talk to him to unlock T.Rickster's quest. This NPC is hidden below the staircase, dressed as a prisoner, on the lowest floor of the ship.

On this quest, you need to find 4 pink capsules. Turn off the Foliage in Graphics to see them more easily. Equip a Gasmask in advance, the area is a deadzone.

Get the Broadcast Repair kit from the mechanic NPC Natalie first. Then you need to search for 3 Radio Beacons, climb their stairs and fix them, locations are on this map:

Oswald's quests are always the same thing. Go to a place, place a Horse Bacon and survive. You have to clean up the whole area until the Horse Bacon disappears and drops some weapons. The Horses are mostly easy, what's hardest is the cheap/lame boss fight at the end of the horde. He will throw huge rocks sometimes, if it hits you, you're dead and you have to do it all over again, very annoying. Just to be sure, make sure you're inside the area of the quest, place the Bacon in the center of the location (Airport, Factory, etc)

You have to reach the Oil Rig by helicopter, go to a plain surface first to spawn it. Also, Kivgrad's teleport puts you underwater, swim up quickly!

On this quest you have to find a document in Silo 22, a hazardous zone. After entering the big door and climbing the ladder, the note is really close, just look for it on the control panels.
