This Achievement is unlocked by electrocuting 6 different kinds of creatures from around the game.
The counter may appear bugged, as it seems to be a bit finicky when it will actually count the creature as zapped. If it doesnt, retry zapping the same creature again. It may be necessary to stay close to the enemy and see their skeleton as they are electrocuted.
Of all creatures in the game, there are only 6 kinds of creatures that provied xrays: Toki tori, Bubble Frogs, Porcupines, Bats, Large Birds, and Small Birds. Only these count towards the achievement.

This is not a guide for puzzle solutions. I'll only be providing general locations

The achievement counter does not list which creatures you have already zapped, and sometimes zapped creatures do not seem to be counted, so it is necessary to have a specific method to check which xrays you are missing. We will use the player's save file.

the # signs will be your steam user number. If you do not know how to get to the steam folder, Right click the game on the list in your Library page, and select properties. change the tab to local files and view local files, then move back up folders to find the main steam folder.

Early in the file you will find the words "Achievement Data" and then "electrocuted" and "pending". creatures named after "pending" but before "completed" still need to be electrocuted. creatures listed after "completed" and before "crushed" have been successfully xrayed.

Above you can see the file opened in Notepad. I've hilighted the creatures in green and the guide words in blue. Bird refers to the large birds that pick Toki Tori up, and BabyBird refers to the smaller blue birds that pick up beetles.

You can electrocute yourself anywhere you find the electric slugs. Chances are, you already collected this xray by accident the first time you encountered them.

If you dont have this xray, a good place to get it near a fast travel spot is the Dark Cave under the town. Head left from the teleport to find some slugs.

A bubble frog can be found and electrocuted in the Gold Querry in the SE area of the map.
Once he blows his bubble, he should walk down to the electricity on his own. Follow him to collect his xray.

A porcupine can be found and easily electrocuted in the Gold Querry to the SE.
Pound here and he will run off to trim some grass. You can then come down below him and pound again to send him running into the electricity. Try to stay out of his way while he is charging.

Large birds are electocuted in several locations as parts of puzzle solutions. Though not a puzzle solution, one bird you can electrocute is flying over the pond east of the city.


The bird youre looking for is up and to the right. Before it can reach its nest with you, it will be electrocuted and drop you over here.

The only place I know of to zap a small bird is in the Tiny Ancient Frog (scout) level to the SW.
Sing to lure the small birds to the electricity to the left. Try to avoid being picked up by the larger bird.
Though tricky, with patience and a little luck you can get a small bird into the alcove with the slugs, close enough to be zapped.

Bats can be zapped along the route down through the Dark Cave under Tower City.
Follow the path to the right until you encounter 3 bats near a pair of slugs. With the electric beam between you, sing to make them swoop into the beam.
