Oh! I completely forgot I was using a mod for the minimap. Thanks Patchy, I'll disable that.

Assuming you're using the more transparent map mod...The reason that's wrong, that mod doesn't take the map and make it transparent. What it does is add its own transparent maps. So you'll have to wait for the mod to update.
