Description
Providing you with basic service buildings that caters to smaller cities or players who do not have a lot of free time like me. All my assets do not require any DLCs, however, I also cannot make any dlc specfic assets because I do not own any DLCs(besides afterdark).

Maybe you might find the building values to be a little 'cheating' but I've adjusted these values for a very casual playstyle. Greatly lowered negative effect and increased positive effects. You're free to adjust these values yourself in Asset Editor, just please DO NOT re-upload it and flood the workshop or I'll cut you.

Future plans:
