This pack made for street races.There no rules for power or something, because this cars are tunned.
Lights made max. realistic and MAX. OPTIMIZATED

Этот пак сделал для уличных гонок.Здесь нет правил для мощности или чего-то еще, потому-что эти машины прокачены.
Фары сделаны максимально реалистично и МАКСИМАЛЬНО ОПТИМИЗИРОВАНО

This is pretty poorly done. Not going to lie. They have way too much torque, and drive like rocks with jet engines strapped to the front, and they don't steer.

I recently said in an announcement, anyone can port simfphys if they want. It gets a little annoying having to model manipulate all the time XD
