• "Primary weapons" and "Secondary weapons" sections already include DLC-free picks in order you to be able to use a decent weapon even if you only own the base game.
• I am currently working on the Dodge build I'm playing with for many months now. Thank you for the offer anyway! :)
I just don't want to make 100% DLC-free guides, since many people already have some of the DLCs. I prefer including the DLC-free alternatives in my guides since it creates less confusion and less guides to browse for everybody.
It's definitely worth trying out if you've not checked it out. Can't remember if shotguns have been altered in any major way since the skill trees were changed but shotguns because the weapon of all ranges due to the flexibility in their ammo types.
Good question! The main reason is because I like to be able to use them against distant targets as I only go for headshots. This is why I try to make them as precise as possible. Those skills and weapons parts help me improving them in every way.
I completely understand this won't fit to everybody, but I think that's the way I feel the most comfortable with shotguns.
Thought i'd ask because it's better to keep shotgun accuracy somewhat low (30~40 ish) so that the shot spreads wider to hit more potential targets as each part of the shot deals the full damage that is listed on your shotgun's damage stats. This would combine well with having Close Up aced like you have on the build.
The only exception being the AP round which you must modify your gun for high accuracy for since it's a single projectile if you want it to be somewhat reliable at range.
