Updated for 2.0

Modified Cheikar's Deposit Creator tool to work with 1.8 and added planet modifiers. Cheikar's original mod is here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=709782291&searchtext=deposit+creator.

Select a planet or celestial body, open the console and type event deposits.1. This should open the menu. For more info see the above link.

I've been cnsidering using Stellaris for a forum game with the help of console commands, this looks like it'd be a useful tool if I ever get around to it.

I think I found out how to add resources to uninhabited planets!
Here is the exapmle of the code: effect orbital_deposit_tile={clear_deposits=yes add_deposit=d_rich_energy_deposit} /it added to the selected planet 2 energy resources
Instead of d_rich_energy_deposit you can use other names of resources which you can find in Stellaris/common/deposit/00_deposit.txt
