Hi everyone,

I had the same issues running the game as most of other Windows10 users and after searching for a fix I found a reply in discussions with the following patch link:

Creating a guide so its easier for everyone to find this.

============================================================================
Apply the patch to the ffxii2img.exe file:

Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIII-2\alba_data\prog\win\bin\ffxii2img.exe
============================================================================

What it does in creator's own words is:
"This very little tool patches x86 executables in order to let them have 4GB (instead of only 2) of virtual memory on x64 platforms."

I applied this patch and did not have a single issue with saving or playing the game after.

Do you possibly have any solutions for Overwatch 2 crashing immediately after being open? This seems to happen a lot on the RTX 40 series (in my case, 4090) and I just don't understand why. That goddamn error even restarts your pc by force. I hate it haha.
