Captured Settlers Become Builders

Description
Captured enemy settlers will instead become builders, much like in older Civ games where captured settlers became workers.

This is an extremely basic mod I made for myself when I couldn't find one elsewhere. I got tired of always snowballing out of control every game because the AI has compulsive forward-settling disorder.

Not sure if you are aware, but there is a slight unfortunate issue/unintended result of this mod since the last patch: The mod also affects the free Settler granted with the religious settlements belief, so that when you pick the belief and should be granted a free Settler, the Settler is automatically converted to a Worker. I realize this may not be possible to circumvent, but mentioning it just in case it can be fixed.

So if my settler happens to be captured by barbarians and I manage to free my own settler, they become workers?
I'd understand it, if only settlers from other civilizations turn into workers, as their moral/ideology realistically wouldn't change, but my own settlers share the same moral/ideology as my civilization.

You are aware that CIV 5 was the only game to change captured settlers into workers/builders.

Yes, any captured unit is converted.

If someone wants to use this mod to do something weird like make builders settlers, it's easily doable. This mod really only just a single line of code. Just swap out the UNIT_SETTLER and UNIT_BUILDER entries in the .sql file with a txt editor. This is cuz the code to change the unit WAS ALREADY IN THE GAME. It would actually be ****-easy for the devs to give us an option to do it on world creation.

I have a feeling between this and AI's over-eagerness to forward-settle, the devs originally intended for settlers to become workers like in Civ 5. Heck, they probably intended for naked cities to bombard enemies as well. Then they changed their mind but didn't change the AI behavior, and now its just baffling and stupid.
