Il's Ending - Suffered and succumbed.



Once you wake up, head to the second door on the left. Open the dryer and take the wash cloth.

Wet the wash cloth in the sink.

Head up the basement stairs and take a right. The first door on the left is the kitchen. Retrieve the steak from the freezer and return to the basement.

Bathe and feed the baby.


Return to the kitchen and remove your arm.

Take your severed arm and return to the basement.

Feed the baby to achieve Il's Ending.

Elle's Ending - Left to die.



Retrieve the wash cloth from the laundry room.

Wet the washcloth and head upstairs to the kitchen.

In the kitchen, retrieve the steak from the freezer, and a knife from the sink.


Return to the basement to bathe and feed the baby.


Return to the kitchen and remove your arm.

Take it and return to the basement.

Instead of feeding the baby, kill it.


Once you wake up, head up the basement stairs to achieve Elle's Ending.

True Ending - Fought and won.



If you do not take these steps as shown below, you will not be able to achieve the true ending.

Retrieve and wet the wash cloth in the laundry room.


Bathe the baby.

Head to the kitchen and retrieve the steak and knife.


For the first time, head to the second floor. At the top of the stairs, take a right, then a left and enter the second door on your right.
Interact with the laptop.

Exit the room and head further down the hallway to retrieve the toolbox key lying on a window sill.

Return to the basement and unlock the toolbox, which is next to the baby. Retrieve the crowbar.

Return to the computer room and pry open the drawer. Grab the key.


Return to where you picked up the toolbox key and unlock the nearby door. Grab the bucket located inside.


Return to the basement and kill the baby. Take it's umbilical cord.

Head to the kitchen. Blend and drink the baby's umbilical cord.


Three eyes will appear behind you on the wall.
Head to the second floor and grab the green eye at the top of the stairs.

Move forward and enter the room with the wardrobe, open the other door inside the room and witness an event. Once the shower door unlocks, grab the bottle of lye.

Return to the closet where you found the bucket. Squeeze through the hole and grab the brown eye.


Once you've done so, you'll notice a fleshy mass has grown from the attic hatch.

Head to the basement and mix the lye with the water in the laundry room sink. Fill your bucket with the mixture.

Return to the mass and dissolve it. A hammer will fall from the attic.


Return to the room with the wardrobe and remove the nails in the back. Retrieve the key located inside.



Return to the basement and unlock the door adjacent to the toolbox. Retrieve the ladder.


Return to the end of the hallway where the attic hatch is located. Place the ladder and climb up.


Grab the blue eye on the floor.

Climb down the ladder and enter the room past the computer room.
Place the three eyes on the sink.

Return to the basement and drop down the hole in the floor.
Head down the hallway.
Crush the piglet.

After doing so, you'll reawaken where you started, in a brighter, morning setting.

Head upstairs, DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE.

Something Left Behind



After following the steps to achieve the True Ending, return to the attic. DO NOT EXIT THE HOUSE.

Go to the end of the attic and read the note to achieve Something Left Behind.

You may now exit the house to achieve the True Ending and achievement.
