It's easier than getting the first one, but it does require you to get belittled by a female.

To use a Portal Gun, you need to press button that says "PORTAL" on the handle of a Portal Gun.

To use these portals that you created with your newly acquired Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, you just need to walk through them. They're 100% safe. This also applies to the device, unless you:
> touch the operational end of the device,
> look directly down the operational end of the device,
> submerge the device in liquid, even partially,
> and under no circumstances should you make a portal in void

Portals only work on white surfaces, because quantum science is racist.

They can transport:
> people,
> cubes,
> bullets,
> lasers,
> liquids,
> whole ships,
> robots,
> spherical morons

They cannot move, they're completely stationary (until they aren't).
They cannot be placed on black surfaces (until you unlock the white moon snot).
They are instantaneous (well, they previously did have to travel like a projectile, but i guess laying 999(...) years in mud made them hitscan - quantum science!)
